I want to help people become an agent of change in their own life, feel safe and validated, and be the best version of themselves that they can be.
I use inclusive, person-centered talk therapy to counsel and get to the root of the issues in your life; finding problematic patterns that are causing stress, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed.
I attended graduate school at Loma Linda University and Arizona State University.
I have worked in a variety of settings in the Temecula Valley for 10 years and have experience being a counselor for children on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse, School Therapy, Marital Therapy, LGBTQ and Secular Therapy, Integrated Mental Health and counseling services, and now Online Therapy & Telehealth.
Currently, I specialize in Secular Therapy, LGBTQ Therapy, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Children & Teen Behavioral Issues, and am a Couples and Relationship Counselor.
I welcome those of all diverse backgrounds and lifestyles and strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for counseling and healing.
